Distance Sales Agreement

Rights and obligations of seller and buyer for digital license key purchases.

1. Parties

Seller

Buyer: The person whose name and email address are given at checkout.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and delivery of digital license keys ordered online at aktivasyon.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product, price and payment

The product name, variant (license type, number of devices, term), quantity and total price including taxes are shown in the order summary and the order confirmation email. Payment is taken once, by the method chosen at checkout.

4. Delivery

Products are digital, so nothing is shipped. The license key is sent to the buyer's email address after payment, within the delivery time of the product, and is shown in the account page. Delivery is completed within 24 hours at the latest. The buyer is notified by email of any delay.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly. Performance is complete once the license key is delivered.

6. Warranty and support

The seller warrants that the product is genuine and will work under the conditions stated on the product page. If it does not work on first use, the seller first tries to solve the problem with the buyer, then provides a replacement, and refunds the price if no replacement is available.

7. Buyer's obligations

The buyer confirms that the email address given at checkout is correct and agrees to use the key under the manufacturer's license terms. The buyer is responsible for any sharing of the key with third parties.

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees at the buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits.

9. Effect

By confirming the order the buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement. The agreement takes effect when the order is confirmed.
